Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs: Flat Rate International shipping costs $49. Free Shipping on domestic orders $200+ and international orders $400+.
Shipping Times: We typically ship orders Monday–Thursday. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, plus an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. During peak periods, orders may take 3-5 business days to ship.
Delivery: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. If theft is a concern, consider using a PO box or another secure option.
Duties (International Orders): International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees may be required to be paid before delivery and are determined by your country's customs regulations. The amount varies by destination and is outside of our control. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
If a package is refused and returned to sender, we will deduct any return shipping costs along with a 10% restocking fee from your refund.
Ordering
Order Modifications: Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we cannot combine or modify orders once placed. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout.
Returns
Final Sale Items: Items marked “final sale” cannot be returned. This applies to Tryptagaiters, Flasks, Warp Panels, and Warp Kit Rest.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returned items must be free of odors, including perfume, deodorant, smoke, detergent, or other scents.
Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in original condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected and returned to the customer as final sale.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels. Please add tracking and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
