Shipping + Returns

Delivery: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. If theft is a concern, consider using a PO box or another secure option.

Duties (International Orders): Customers are responsible for customs/duties. International shipments may require duties and taxes to be paid before delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are not controlled by us or our couriers. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering, as these costs vary. If a package is refused and returned to sender, we will deduct any fees associated with the return shipment from your refund.

Order Modifications: Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we cannot combine or modify orders once placed. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout.

Final Sale Items: Items marked “final sale” cannot be returned. (This applies to Tryptagaiters, Flasks, Warp Panels, and Warp Kit Rest.)
Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in original condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the customer as final sale.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels. Please add tracking and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Please note for all returns that once we receive the items back at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee.
